The Municipal Court office is connected to City Hall at 202 3rd Avenue East. It is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M.
Court is held each Thursday at 2:00 P.M.
The Municipal Court has jurisdiction over traffic cases and non-traffic misdemeanor cases that occur within the City of Oneonta or its police jurisdiction. You can pay court fines and traffic violations within the court office.
