Summer markets occur one Saturday of the month in May, June, July, August and September with a Christmas market in December.

2025 Dates: May 24th, June 28th, July 26th, August 16th & September 20th

Our City Christmas Market is set for Friday, November 28th to coincide with the Community Christmas Tree Lighting.

We will begin accepting City Night Market vendor applications on Monday, February 24th with the deadline being Friday, March 14th.

We will only be allowing two of the same type of vendor at each individual Market, as determined by City Night Market representatives. In order to accomplish this, some vendors may not be able to attend every Market date they request to be a part of. All Markets include a $25 vendor fee.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AT CITY MARKET MUST BE HANDMADE, HOMEGROWN, OR HAND-CRAFTED.

Please select the dates you would like to attend. After we receive vendor applications by our deadline date (Friday, March 14th), we will approve you for certain dates, depending on other interested vendors and if you meet the criteria for our Market.

Please provide a description of ALL items to be sold. If you show up with something not on this list, I'm going to frown at you.

**If for any reason you aren't able to attend, please notify Nicole 72 hours prior to that City Market Saturday.

Release/Indemnification Agreement:

For and in consideration of being allowed to participate in the indicated Oneonta City Market, I, the undersigned applicant, do hereby agree to release, acquit, and forever discharge the City of Oneonta, its employees, agents, assigns and all other persons, firms, corporations, or other legal entities sponsoring, promoting or otherwise associated with the Oneonta City Market, from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, actions, causes of actions, whether sounding or tort, contract, or other theory of law, whether for compensatory or punitive damages, whether known or unknown, which have previously existed, now exist or could hereafter exist, arising from, connected with or otherwise related in any way whatsoever to my participation in the Oneonta City Market. And furthermore, I do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Oneonta and the Oneonta City Market for the payment of any claim, demand or judgment arising out of or related to my participation in the Oneonta City Market, including the payment of the costs, expenses and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the Oneonta City Market. The City of Oneonta reserves the right to reject booth applications.

I, the undersigned, have read the rules, restrictions, release, and indemnification agreement associated with this application and hereby agree to comply with said rules, restrictions, release, and

indemnification agreement.
